### My MP4 won’t play. Can SnapLab fix it?

Often, yes. SnapLab is built for repairing broken MP4s on your own Mac (Apple Silicon) or Windows PC — nothing gets uploaded. Results still depend on how badly the file is damaged.

### Does it handle Sony RSV (.rsv) files?

Yes. RSV recovery from Sony camera mishaps is something the developer has focused on. There’s also an optional re-encode step if you want a clip that’s easier to use as source.

### Is SnapLab free?
